Hi! My name is Alexandria. I would like to welcome and thank you for considering me as your All-Inclusive Natural Hair Care Specialist. I am here to provide you with an amazing experience. I can’t wait to meet you! I am glad to inform you that hair, shampoo, and deep conditions are included with all styles. I currently do not service children under 13 years old. I do not remove or work over others work. Below is a list of small requirements needed to ensure your appointment goes smoothly. I am very patient and ask that you feel free to text or call if something isn’t clear to you. I’ll get back to you at the earliest convenience. General Requirements: - May want to bring a jacket, water, snacks, or a small lunch. Whatever makes you comfortable. Neck pillows, butt pillows, and back support are also welcomed. - When booking, please try your best to select the earliest available slot. Slots selected for midday will not allow others to book and I want to service you all. - No extra Guests please. - Please let me know if you’re okay with pictures being taken. :) - There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the appointment is cancelled. - When booking, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. The fee will show when you select your style and will go towards your final balance. There will be a higher fee for styles that includes boho hair. Only one reschedule is allowed. - As of 01/01/26, a new cancellation policy has been implemented. If the appointment isn’t cancelled within 24 hours, a 30% fee will automatically be charged. No call/No show results in no future bookings. You will be automatically blocked. Hair: - Your hair must be longer than 3 inches. If you have questionable short or bald spots, please reach out to me. It is very important that you notify me of any scalp conditions you may have. - Due to liability reasons, you cannot bring your own products unless it is prescribed. - Hair CANNOT be matted. If a detangle is required due to your hair being matted, a fee of $50.00 will be added to your final balance. - Once the appointment is booked, a form is sent to verify colors needed. Faux Loc Style Requirements: - Due to the extra hair and time needed, there is a charge for longer hair. Please select the up charge if your hair falls past your shoulders. - If you arrive at the appointment without properly booking, the fee will be automatically added. Not properly booking puts me at risk of running into the following client’s appointment. Bohemian Styles: - Prices will reflect options with human hair included or without human hair included. - If you select the option for me to provide the hair, please note that the standard curl pattern is deep body bulk will be provided. You can text me if you desire something different. - If you are providing your own hair, you will need two packs (200 grams) for anything past your shoulders. If you are booking shoulder length, you will only need one pack of hair (100 grams). - If you need assistance or guidance with finding the perfect hair for you, please feel free to text me at the number listed on the site. Cancellation Policy
